Your Role

1. Support the "Service Knowledge, Data & AI Solutions" team in the ZEISS IQS Business Unit Service in the further development of an established Knowledge Management Portal.
2. Collaborate on existing projects, such as the further development of a GenAI tool/chatbot within the global IQS Service team.
3. Contribute to the area of data structuring and data management (metadata).
4. Actively support the design and implementation of process improvements.
5. Collaborate with other teams, such as Technical Documentation, experts from technical service, or the training department.
6. Create videos and content for internal marketing and user communication.
Your Profile
7. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Information Technology, Technical Content Creation (Technical Editing) or comparable fields of study.
8. Interest in user-friendly provision of content and knowledge, with the goal of supporting the global service team in the field.
9. Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel (data mapping) and PowerPoint; interest in GenAI.
10. Very good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage.
11. Enjoy working in a team and possess a proactive, results-oriented working style.
