Our Sales Trainee Program for the Hub Business Unit Europe aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within Hitachi Energy’s various Sales functions. It will take you through three 6-month long work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with you establishing yourself in a permanent position with Hitachi Energy. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments, experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our various sales teams and create a strong network within our company.
How you'll make an impact
1. Collaborate with local and regional teams within the sales community to drive the energy transition in Europe
2. Gain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solution portfolio
3. Active participation in trainings to improve personnel and technical skills
4. Understanding of our company and business unit strategies
5. Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor

Your background
8. Master's degree electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business engineering or software engineering
9. Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
10. Customer-oriented mindset is the key
11. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
12. A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
13. A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
14. International mobility required for your assignments
