Leadership Opportunity for Oncology Sales ProfessionalWe are seeking a charismatic leader to lead our sales team in Germany, promoting our best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across the country.This role requires strong leadership skills, including developing a national sales strategy, implementing and optimizing KOL management and peer-to-peer education, and optimizing account management systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving territory management, goal setting, and business review processes with the Key Account Manager team.The ideal candidate will have significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, preferably within oncology or specialty business. They will also possess strong experience in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, as well as marketing or managed care experience.
