* Leadership of functional groups "ILS Lifecycle Management", "ILS Data Mgmt.", "ILS Engineers"
* Strategic Cooperation with PS Naval Defense (SMK), New Building sales and License Department
* Resource Analysis & Planning
* ILS requirements, resources, coordination
* Alignment with PS Naval Defense Product Management, ESI (Documentation) Dept., procurement, PrimeServ DK and PrimeServ DE etc.. on all ILS relevant topics
* Strategic development of ILS processes and products:
o ILS Data Base
o MTBF calculation
o FMEA, etc,
o Requirements from equipment suppliers, Make-or-Buy analysis, Codification, NSN, Obsolescence & Configuration Management,
o Enable earlier delivery of ILS
o Interfaces between product centers, technical departments, procurement
You can help us with these qualifications:
* Degree in Business and/or Engineering and/or Legal
* Sound commercial knowledge and technical affinity
* Relevant work experience in Naval ILS related projects in sales or contract management.
* Strong social competences, ability to understand customer`s (Ship Yard & Navy) processes and business drivers as well as communicative spirit
* Entrepreneurial, self-disciplined and highly motivated with ability to focus on priorities
* Ability to travel as required by business needs (sometimes on very short notice), work in international settings and exhibit proper business and cultural sensitivities
* Fluency in English (additional languages beneficial)
