Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT & Lab Support Specialist to ensure the stable operation, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT services within a regulated GMP environment. This role combines hands on technical support with structured documentation and close collaboration with laboratory and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide second level support for IT systems and laboratory environments
* Support and maintain laboratory software and hardware, including troubleshooting and lifecycle management
* Ensure proper documentation in ServiceNow in accordance with GDP requirements
* Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory (AD)
* Deploy, manage, and maintain systems using SCCM
* Support network infrastructure, including basic troubleshooting and connectivity issues
* Perform and monitor backup and recovery processes
* Manage IT assets, including inventory, lifecycle management, and compliance tracking
* Collaborate with QA and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with GMP and internal policies
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support and Lab Support
* Proven experience working in a GMP regulated environment
* Experience with documentation according to GDP standards
* Experience with Incident-, Request- and Problemmanagement in ServiceNow
* Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and SCCM
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals
* Experience with backup and recovery concepts and tools
* Hands on experience with laboratory equipment software and hardware
* Strong experience in lifecycle management and asset management

German: Native level
