Aufgaben Implement and maintain a comprehensive cyber security policy, ensuring it evolves to meet organisational needs. Ensure compliance with security policies across JSP EMEA through auditing and implement enforcement measures. Identify recommend and implement preventative measures to mitigate security risks. Lead incident response efforts, including data collection and remedy suggestions. Train and educate the employees on cyber security protocols and policies. Proactively safeguard against emerging threats. Profil Open-minded and analytical mindset with a passion to learn and grow. Hands-on experience with system administration, including: Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure Microsoft Entra ID On-prem Active Directory Virtualization and network infrastructure Foundational knowledge in Linux administration Proven track record in Information Security and Cybersecurity incident management. Familiar with ISO 27001 processes and auditing. Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and educate colleagues across the organization. Experience with firewall management and centralised anti-malware solutions. Expertise in vulnerability scanning, remediation, Experience with offensive security is a plus. Ability to travel primarily within the EMEA region. Fluent in English; local language is a plus.
