An exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading international engineering consultancies, currently delivering one of Germany’s largest infrastructure projects. The position offers a competitive freelance rate hourly or daily based on your experience and qualifications.
* Proven experience delivering structural engineering design and analysis on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Structural Engineer role.
* Strong background in bridge & Tunnel design, structural analysis, and associated engineering calculations (Essential).
* German language skills at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
* English language proficiency at B2+ level.
* Previous experience working on German public infrastructure or transport projects.
* Solid understanding of German building standards, structural codes (DIN/Eurocodes), and regulatory processes.
