Responsibilities
* Acquisition and placement of office space
* Customer acquisition and customer retention for office space inquiries
* Qualified handling of rental requests and single assignments up to contract signing
* Analysis and evaluation of objects
* Organization and execution of viewings
* Creation of offer concepts and client presentations, including execution
Qualifications
* Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent studies
* Several years of experience in a sales-oriented approach with commercial real estate, particularly affinity to the office real estate market
* Convincing / negotiation secure appearance and communication strength
* Entrepreneurial mindset and team player mentality
* Excellent German and MS‑Office skills
