Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Supports the activities of the Neuroscience sales team in service of the sales and marketing strategy. Leverages data and analytics and develops an in-depth understanding on consumer behavior and market dynamics. Employs best practices and data-driven research to support the Neuroscience sales strategy.
Applies in-depth knowledge of Neuroscience products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs.
Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.
Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies.
Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations.
Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.
Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
