POSITION OVERVIEW
As a member of our Legal team, you will assist the Group General Counsel by managing administrative and legal tasks, including organization, research, and communication.
* Manage the General Counsel's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and workshops.
* Prepare and follow up on high-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
* Assist with legal research, basic contract reviews, correspondence, and presentation drafts.
* Create and compile legal documents and reports adhering to company standards.
* Support budget planning, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.
* Help develop internal policies, templates, and maintain deadline tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Completed commercial training, university degree, or equivalent; legal background is a plus but not required.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information.
* Proactive, structured work approach with high-quality standards.
* Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and discreet.
