REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance
Current U.S. Top SECRET clearance required (T5 Investigation). (Elevated/Privileged Access).
Education
* Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science OR
Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience
Experience
Four (4) years of experience maintaining and developing TCP/IP networks (on Ethernet, ATM/SONET
and/or wide area transports);
Three (3) years must be in direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
Certification
* CCNA or
* CCNP Security or
* Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Network Management Specialist ensures high‑fidelity network situational awareness, operational readiness, accurate performance reporting, and resilient enterprise monitoring architectures—all essential for defending the European theater's DoDIN‑A networks.
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Management Specialist to manage enterprise monitoring stacks (Spectrum/CAPC/NFA), performance analytics, and availability reporting; manage baselines, templates, and SLA dashboards. The Senior Network Management Specialist will operate and maintain enterprise network monitoring tools, develop and optimize network monitoring capabilities, support performance management and reporting, maintain network configuration backups and baselines, and troubleshoot network issues.
