Our client, a public institution is looking for a Procurement Officer starting as soon as possible for 1 year. The institution is located in Belval.

Your Responsibilities :
* Assist with the management of existing contracts and input in the negotiation of new major contracts at the instiution and focus on Facility management, Services and Communication and Events
* Identify, select, evaluate and manage suppliers associated to the commodities in charge of Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers Evaluate bids and make recommendations
* Provide professional advice and support on all matters relating to procurement
* Draft documents required for public procurement procedures
Your Profile:
* Master degree
* Experience in procurement administration
* Proficient in SAP
* French is your mother tongue
* English: Fluent in a business context
