ABOUT THE TEAM: You will be a key member of our dynamic 20-person global Marketing team at Talon.One, dedicated to building a leading brand and driving growth. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy, you will collaborate closely with both external departments like Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales as well as your peer Marketing teams including Enablement, Demand Generation, Customer, Content, Brand, and Partner Marketing. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and achieving measurable results. The Product Marketing program at Talon.One: Owns the end-to-end GTM motion for bringing new products to market Defines, executes, and drives adoption of our product positioning in the market Builds and maintains GTM playbooks guiding teams on execution of key themes & initiatives ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: The Head of Product Marketing is expected to be a mature function leader capable of hiring & managing a growing team and keeping the function aligned with shared company goals. This role will be responsible for building a shared vision of Product Marketing across the organization. The Product Marketing function is responsible for: Positioning : own & orchestrate Talon.One’s product positioning and messaging across the organization. You will craft actionable frameworks that advance our vision of unified promotions & loyalty for technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences Product Influence : collaborate with Product to influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and customer feedback New Product Launch : own the end-to-end GTM motion for new product launch, including messaging, launch, and post-launch adoption. This scope requires close partnership with R&D across the product lifecycle GTM Playbooks : build GTM playbooks that guide teams on how to execute key themes and initiatives, including campaign launches, cross-sell motions, new partnerships, and new focus verticals Competitive Strategy : become an expert in competitive research, defining areas of strength and differentiation for Talon.One. You will build sales plays that enable business growth and customer success Analyst Relations : manage our engagement with analysts like Forrester, Gartner, and IDC, ensuring we are bringing our product positioning to key analyst audiences Pricing : partner with Sales & RevOps to determine our pricing & packaging strategy WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Leadership experience in a high-performing Product Marketing team 8 years of experience in customer experience martech B2B SaaS product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies Experience in business consulting, product management, or marketing is a plus but not necessary Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with stakeholders The ability to understand and identify market trends, competitor actions, and user needs across multiple segments Strong prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once A passion for creating customer value and solving problems WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: €1,000 annual learning budget, full LinkedIn Learning access, and free German language courses to boost your skills 30 days of annual leave, plus extra paid days for your birthday and moving day Home office setup budget, a monthly home office allowance Freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide!
