Aufgaben
You will take ownership of developing our international partner network – strategically, independently, and in collaboration with a dedicated team. Your ideas matter, and you’ll help build structures where opportunities are still emerging.
* Develop and implement a global partner and channel strategy for both new and existing markets
* Identify and acquire new strategic partners (e.g., distributors, technology partners, system integrators)
* Build a structured partner program including onboarding, enablement, certifications, and incentive models
* Drive revenue growth and achievement of targets through partner channels
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to shape joint go-to-market strategies
* Manage partner communication and continuously expand our partner ecosystem
Qualifikation
* Several years of experience in international partner management, business development, or channel management – ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
* Sales experience, ideally in solution-based selling
* A track record of building and scaling international partner networks
* Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and modern partner ecosystems
* Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and confident communication
* Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
* Self-driven, culturally aware, and willing to travel
