About this Position
What you´ll do
* Actively participate in the innovation processes, new product designs and coordinate running projects
* Scout trends in textures, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline
* Develop new product concepts, packaging ideas and steer creative content creation (e.g. social media and e-commerce)
* Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry
* Monitor competitors’ activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends and deliver brand reviews and results presentations
* Update and administer standard reporting (e.g. market share report)
* Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination)
What makes you a good fit
* Student in business administration/marketing, with at least a few successfully finished semesters
* Previous internships or a semester abroad experience is a plus
* Passion for brand management
* Fluent English language skills, German or other languages are advantageous
* Competent handling of MS Office applications
* Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
* A team-player who brings independence and ownership to the table
* Self-motivated with a dash of creativity and an open-minded vibe
* Availability as of February 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
