Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Develop and execute the EMEA internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with global communication priorities Craft compelling content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, leadership messages, town halls, videos, campaigns) Support leadership communication, including message development, scripts, keynotes, and employee engagement initiatives Strengthen organizational culture through transparent, timely, and engaging communication Measure and report communication effectiveness and recommend improvements External Communications Support EMEA‑wide external communication activities including press releases, media relations, and corporate storytelling Manage brand‑aligned content for external channels (website, social media, thought leadership, events) Coordinate with global and regional communication teams on joint initiatives and campaigns Monitor relevant media and industry developments to identify proactive communication opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field 5 years of professional experience in internal and/or external communications, ideally in an international environment Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) Experience managing communication programs across multiple countries or cultures in EMEA Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Hands‑on mentality, creativity, and strong project management skills Click on apply if this sounds like you!
