To strenghthen our HR International & People Relations team, we are looking for a
HR Generalist (m/w/d) International
(20-25 hours per week)
Your tasks:
* Support of defined international subsidiaries in all HR-relevant topics (focus on subsidiaries in Western Europe)
* Correspondence with lawyers, tax advisors and insurance companies
* Preparation, negotiation and implementation of salary adjustments as well as annual commission and bonus calculation
* Coordination of insurance and payrolling
* Responsibility for recruiting processes, applicant and contract management as well as support of subsequent onboarding
* Close cooperation and coordination with the HR Managers and Managing Directors of the respective subsidiaries
* Collaboration in and management of various international HR projects
Your profile:
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree
* Professional experience in international HR work
* Structured, precise and efficient way of working
* Openness, intercultural competence and enjoyment of international cooperation
* Business fluent in German and English
* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
