Tasks:
* Supporting the Process Engineer in day-to-day operations
* Preparing working documents, reports, and process documentation
* Maintaining and updating data in internal systemsAssisting with the implementation of improvement measures
* Designing workstations and processes in production
* Serving as a liaison between Production, Business Excellence, Work Planning, and Engineering
Requirements:
* Technical background, e.g., technical training
* Professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the areas of work planning, work scheduling, and production control
* Data preparation, analysis, and optimization
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, or the ability to understand and document process flows
* Proficiency in MS Office, as well as ERP and MES/Siemens applications
* Written and spoken German and English skills
* Ability to collect, maintain, and evaluate data in a structured manner
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Initiative and a proactive work style
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
* Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously
* Practical thinking and a hands-on mentality
* Willingness to work shifts
