We are seeking a Care Specialist to join our team in the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
* Manage medications and wound care based on physician orders.
* Document care provided in a thorough and accurate manner.
* Provide support and guidance to residents and their families.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine our care concept.
* Serve as a mentor and resource for care assistants and trainees.
Requirements:
* Degree in Care and Support or related field.
* Basic understanding of caregiving principles and experience in elderly care.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in German language.
