Our client is seeking a visionary Head of CRM to drive a next-generation, omni-channel CRM strategy—placing customer experience at the heart of every interaction.
#Drive Data-Driven Engagement : Use analytics to personalise communication, boost retention, and increase lifetime customer value.
Implement Scalable Technology : Collaborate with IT and global teams to select and roll out best-in-class CRM tools.
Inspire a High-Performing Team : Build, lead, and develop a talented CRM function to deliver strategic goals.
#10+ years in CRM, digital transformation, or customer experience, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.
~ Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide CRM or CX transformation projects.
~ Deep understanding of CRM platforms, customer data, and privacy regulations.
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
#Location - whilst this is a remote opportunity, a preference for candidates to be based to the EU HQ in Frankfurt.
