Your tasks
7. Continuous management and archiving of study documents and their administration
8. Supporting the clinical trial associate and/or the contracting team in the area of clinical research as trial support
9. Contract administration in the individual indications
10. Support in the preparation of study documents and documents for ethics and regulatory submission
11. Logistics and distribution of study materials as well as general data entry
12. Support with administration in the area of contracting relating to study contracts (tracking, dispatch, quality control, archiving)
Your profile
13. Successfully completed vocational training as a BTA, CTA or a comparable qualification
14. First professional experience in the commercial or administrative area
15. Good knowledge of the MS Office package
16. Confident written and spoken English and German skills
17. Ability to communicate and work in a team
18. An independent and structured way of working
