Job Description Principal Accountabilities: Optical incoming inspection of ATE test hardware, evaluation and qualification boards and sockets for engineering and production test Electrical verification using board checker on ATE and bench systems Maintenance and repair hardware boards and sockets Generate incoming and outgoing verification reports Logistics of all hardware shipments from and to Nabern test floor Generate test recipes for electrical inspection with the probe card analyzer Conduct regular preventive maintenance and service of engineering test hardware Drive continuous improvements for the verification process Verify technical drawings regarding mechanical compatibility with tester, prober and handler Support Operation teams solving hardware problems at OSATs by providing debugging guidance Create engineering setups on ATE HW using ATE HW and additional engineering hardware
