Project Leadership Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from planning to go-live with full accountability. This includes collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver real value, as well as applying governance and change management best practices to broader initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage SAP projects end-to-end: from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization.
* Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders.
* Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency.
* Identify and mitigate risks/issues impacting delivery.
* Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
* Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing SAP projects (3–5 years minimum).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.
* Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.
