Your tasks at RENOLIT
* Development and implementation of innovations across different business units and countries
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to create innovative products, service models and business opportunities
* Leading interdisciplinary project teams trough to the successful market launch of new innovations
* Analysis of market trends, customer needs and new technologies to identify growth opportunities
* Close cooperation with senior management and direct reporting into the RENOLIT SE Board
* Building and maintaining a network of internal and external innovators to develop future-oriented solutions
What we expect
* A Master degree in either a technical or commercial field with optionally a relevant post-master degree (e.g. MBA, Project Management, Innovation Management, Design Thinking)
* A solid 5 years or more work experience in (Corporate) Innovation management, R&D or new business development
* RENOLIT is a manufacturer of technical polymer solutions so you need to be comfortable interacting with our technical departments and managing product development projects
* Skilled at change management and experienced with scaling new product & service offerings across functions, different businesses and countries
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity
* Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to scope, plan, and deliver projects on time with measurable impact
* Execution-Oriented: Not just a strategist — you're a doer who rolls up your sleeves and gets things done
* Excellent Communication: Able to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around key priorities
* Analytical Thinker: Comfortable working with data to guide decisions and measure success
* As an international company, we require a minimum B2-level of English. The ability to speak another European language is considered beneficial
