Shape the Future of Finance at E.ON is leading the way in the energy transition - and our Finance Strategy & Transformation department is supporting the global Finance organization to enable this transformation with efficient, digital, and scalable processes based on a clear Target Picture and Roadmap. As (Senior) Finance Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in the development and strategic direction of our global finance organization. You will be part of the Finance Strategy team and share responsibility for the development, communication, and steering of the respective strategy implementation.
Support development of an ambitious target picture and strategy for the global finance organization shaping the role of finance: business focused, performance oriented, digital, efficient.
Translate strategy into actionable projects and support management of the transformation program in close collaboration with the Finance Transformation Project Team as well as the central finance functions or local teams.
Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking, market trend analysis, and identify best practices and innovation opportunities to shape future finance capabilities.
Data Analytics : Change Management : Lead change management and communication activities to build transparency, engagement, and adoption across the finance community.
At least 5 years of experience in international finance organizations or transformation programs; consultancy background in finance transformation is highly beneficial.
Leadership & program management : Finance & technology knowledge: Solid understanding of finance processes, operating models, and enabling technologies, combined with a passion for identifying and implementing innovation opportunities.
