Key Responsibilities:
o Support clients, event managers, in-house designers, and third-party vendors in the lead-up to events, ensuring all requirements are met.
o Apply for necessary event permits and licenses with German authorities in compliance with local regulations.
o Coordinate event setup and on-site production, ensuring seamless and high-quality execution.
o Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver successful events.
o Manage multiple projects, ranging from small-scale to large-scale public or corporate events.
o Oversee logistics and inventory, ensuring all equipment, materials, and resources are accounted for.
Requirements
* Strong network of local German suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
* Excellent audiovisual technical knowledge and hands-on experience.
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and make sound, independent decisions.
* Experience in crisis and risk management during live events.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal communication.
* High attention to detail and a strong passion for live events and experiential marketing.
* Ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
* Professional fluency in English and German is preferred.
