Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Sales Engineers across multiple regions and segments
- Manage a growing international team, ultimately overseeing 11 team members including remote employees in the Philippines and Europe
- Provide strong day-to-day leadership with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Support the development and execution of robust technical sales strategies that strengthen customer support and brand positioning
- Enable the team to achieve assigned sales support targets and operational objectives
- Understand customer requirements and guide team members in delivering effective, tailored technical solutions
- Participate in and support high-opportunity sales pursuit calls when required
- Collaborate closely with Technical Specialist leadership to improve alignment and partnership between Sales and Technical Sales Engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, customer engagement, and technical support delivery
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing technical or sales support teams
- Previous experience within refrigeration systems, cold chain, or related cooling technologies
- Strong technical understanding of refrigerant systems is essential
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and customer-facing responsibilities
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead within an international, remote team structure
- Fluent English language skills are required
- Willingness to travel regularly to Aachen, typically 1–2 days per week
