We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn or 100% remote in Germany as a
Solution Architect (m/f/d)
* Design and architect state of the art solution blueprints for on premises and cloud deployment
* Define building blocks of a solution and relations between solutions and components
* Define interoperability scenarios between components
* Prepare and define testing strategies and requirements
* Perform design reviews
* Perform 3rd party evaluations
* Write technical documentation
* Work with both local and international product teams.
* University degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Several years of working experience as a solution architect or in an equivalent role
* Background in Software Engineering and / or System Integrations
* Practical experience in development of enterprise applications
* Experience in CI environments and DevOps methodologies
* Experience with container virtualization and management
* Knowledge in hybrid cloud solutions and working on Linux, Windows, Cloud-native as well as the design of high available solutions and infrastructure management (e.g. Network configuration, firewalls)
* Knowledge in Security best practices
* Experience with AWS native services (EKS, RDS, S3, AppStream, (...)) is a plus
* Strong oral and written English language skills
