Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to acquire, build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients from Denmark.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships to increase Return on Assets (ROA), detecting client needs and offering appropriate products and services. They will ensure client instructions are well executed, coordinate client events and organize key actions to acquire new clients.
* Manage and retain high-value client relationships in Denmark to drive business growth.
* Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand the bank's presence in Denmark.
* Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management products and services, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in Private Banking, focused on Danish HNWIs.
* Business development and relationship management expertise.
* Strong knowledge of Private Banking and Wealth Management products and services.
* Relevant university degree education.
* CFA, CAIA or CISI certifications are an advantage.
* Fluent in English and Danish.
* Client-focused orientation.
