About The Team
You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you'll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:
* Support procurement and sales of industrial product categories or application scenarios; conduct market analysis based on business needs, develop purchasing strategies, and improve execution efficiency
* Analyse market trends to ensure procurement cost optimization
* Support establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure supply chain stability and reliability
* Use data analysis to forecast market demand changes, adjust sales strategies, and improve sales performance
* Participate in the development of annual sales targets and plans for the department and ensure goals are met or exceeded
* Responsible for daily operations related to merchant recruitment, development, management, and phase-out within the assigned region to enhance merchant efficiency and service quality
About You
* Currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation (MUST)
* Bachelor degree or above, logistics and supply chain related majors are preferred
* Proficient in Chinese and English
* Proficient in office software
* Have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently, and be able to respond quickly to market changes
* Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and meticulous work
