Manager – Renewals & Sales Campaigns Inside Sales Team Germany

We are looking for a strong leader to manage our Renewals & Sales Campaigns Inside Sales Team in Germany.

The ideal candidate is a tactically and strategically adept leader with the ability to develop a high-performing culture for an existing team. Reporting to the Channel Director of Germany, you will play an integral part to drive the growth and increase the visibility of Fortinet’s Renewal business as well as support our Sales Teams in up- and cross-sell activities by implementing Sales Campaigns. This candidate will partner closely with our Sales and Channel Teams to do this. We need someone with a track record in actively driving sales and sales supporting activities. Our ideal hire is also someone who incorporates empathy, integrity, and humility in a hands-on style of leadership.

What Will You Do?

1. Hire, coach and manage a team of ISR’s (Inside Sales Representatives whose role consists of engaging with prospect leads and contacts, prospecting, generating meetings and pipeline)
2. Leadership of team culture & environment
3. Ability to nurture, coach and motivate ISRs
4. Clear and consistent communication to ensure ISRs and stakeholders remain engaged
5. Understand the company’s renewal strategy and create a long-term plan to effectively grow renewals in Germany
6. Regularly track, analyze and report on individual and team activities and results
7. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
8. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the business including Sales and Marketing
9. Ability to use existing reports and develop new ones (where needed) to consistently have clear visibility on status of pipeline and ensure timely follow ups are done
10. Project management: performance tracking, facilitating schedules and driving proactive corrective action whenever required.

What Will You Bring?

11. 3+ years of experience in sales and business development in technology space
12. Strong experience successfully coaching and managing/team leading people to achieve performance goals
13. Organization and self-discipline plus the ability to bring a high level of energy and quality to all tasks, big or small
14. Strong willingness and ability to leverage and interpret data to make decisions and influence others
15. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
16. Experience working in a multicultural environment
17. Fluency in German and English is prerequisite.
18. Bachelors’ degree in IT/Sales/Marketing.
