Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
2. Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation
4. Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
5. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, providing improvement recommendations
YOU MUST HAVE
6. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
7. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
8. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
9. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
10. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
11. Experience in project management and execution
12. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
