The Position As Senior Global Labeling Operations & Digital Manager, you will drive the end-to-end evolution of Global Labeling Operations with a strong focus on digital innovation - advancing electronic product information (ePI), TRAIL-enabled content, and the use of AI to transform and enrich Labeling data across its full lifecycle. At the heart of next-generation Labeling, you will operate where uncompromising GxP compliance converges with future-oriented technology to actively shape the next era of patient safety. With global process ownership, strong industry visibility, and accountability for cutting-edge systems and compliance, you will influence both strategy and execution at scale in a rapidly evolving digital Labeling landscape. Tasks & responsibilities Driving GxP-compliant global labeling operations, you will actively steer daily labeling activities across PV, RA, and Supply Chain, ensuring labeling consistently performs as a core patient-safety control with sustained inspection readiness. Bringing the Target Operating Model to life, you will lead a high-impact labeling implementation team, reshape Cognizant labeling support, and ensure centralized labeling operations deliver target labels on time and at scale. Accelerating labeling digitization, you will push ePI, TRAIL-enabled content transformation, and artwork integration into day-to-day reality, with success measured by adoption, speed, and reduced manual effort. Owning labeling quality and compliance excellence, you will embed clear standards, KPIs, and oversight into daily operations and demonstrate robust, auditable control of the labeling process. Shaping and governing global labeling partnerships, you will direct outsourcing and EU translation operations, ensuring vendors deliver high quality, reliable capacity, and measurable value. Leading labeling systems, innovation, and external influence, you will act as Product Owner for labeling systems, assess TRAIL releases, advance ePI globally, and position Boehringer Ingelheim as a recognized leader in digital labeling. Requirements Masters' Degree or equivalent in a relevant area (e.g. natural- or life-science) Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with strong expertise in labeling requirements Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, global environments High digital savviness, with the ability to use technology to innovate, solve problems, communicate effectively, and continuously learn Strong ability to work under pressure, balancing priorities, making independent decisions, and building effective relationships in a flexible team environment Proven capability to translate existing and new regulatory and legal requirements into concrete actions aligned with Boehringer strategy and compliance standards; fluent English required, German is a nice-to-have Applications from persons with severe disabilities are warmly welcomed.
