Global Objectives:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, product line managers, product development teams, marketing and other BU’s
Provide market feedback to product development teams and after-sales support
Develop, in strong cooperation with the product line managers and the sales team, business cases for individual products
Prepare product launch and market placement plans in close cooperation with marketing, sales and product line managers
Develop the after sales services
Excellent proficiency in German (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken, along with a strong command of English. Minimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment
Proven successful track record introducing power products to new international clients, thereby driving key people across the organization
Good knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility
Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
