Aufgaben
Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Learning and Performance
Analyse and resolve system issues, user queries, and process-related incidents
Act as a liaison between People departments, IT, external service providers, and SAP support
Contribute to the continuous improvement and functional development (e.g. process optimization, release evaluation, suggest configuration changes)
Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, internal FAQs and process flows
Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure usability and compliance across countries
Participate in governance forums to ensure consistency across modules and alignment with the broader People IT strategy.
Qualifikationen
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Learning, Performance or other modules
Background in application support, People systems, or as a key user (ideally in an international context)
Proficient in using a service and project management tool
In-depth understanding of HCM data flows (for Root-Cause-Analysis & corrective actions)
Basic technical understanding of cloud-based People platforms and end-to-end People processes
Strong customer service mindset, independent work style, and team player attitude
Analytical thinking, structured approach, and attention to detail
Fluent in English; German is a plus, but not required
