Responsibilities:
* Learn end-to-end payroll processing, including salary structure creation and monthly payroll cycle management.
* Understand key payroll components such as Basic, HRA, DA, allowances, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and statutory contributions.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Maternity Act, and other labour laws.
* Get hands-on training using payroll software like Excel, Tally, and HRMS payroll systems.
* Learn attendance and leave management systems, including shift management and overtime calculations.
* Understand full and final settlements, arrears, increments, and variable pay calculations.
* Get exposure to payslip generation, payroll reports, HR dashboards, and audit documentation.
* Improve practical HR skills with real-time case studies, assignments, and payroll scenarios.
* Receive guidance on resume preparation, interview readiness, and placement assistance in HR payroll roles.
