The Role
As an Account Director, you will be the trusted advisor for senior clients, responsible for steering multi-market communications programmes and ensuring exceptional delivery across all touchpoints. You'll combine strategic counsel with creative leadership, bringing energy, clarity, and ambition to every challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead strategic development and execution of integrated PR and communications campaigns across global markets.
* Serve as senior day-to-day client contact, building strong, consultative relationships.
* Translate client business goals into actionable communication strategies and measurable outcomes.
* Oversee account teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall account profitability.
* Guide issues management, crisis response, and reputation strategy when needed.
* Collaborate with creative, digital, content, and insights teams to deliver innovative, data-driven work.
* Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches.
About You
* 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, or integrated agency roles, with strong B2B, corporate, or consumer experience (or mix).
* Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-market accounts.
* Exceptional client leadership skills with confidence advising senior stakeholders.
* Strong strategic thinking, media understanding, and storytelling abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving priorities.
* A collaborative mindset, a passion for creativity, and a drive to deliver outstanding work.
