As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing hospitality operations by driving new business and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to hoteliers.
* Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Follow up on demo requests and inbound marketing leads.
* Identify key decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position tailored solutions.
* Book and manage product demonstrations while tracking all activities in the CRM.
* Ensure a smooth handover to the Implementation team after closing new accounts.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity.
* Provide local market insights to enhance inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging challenges.
* Prospect locally when required and represent the company at hospitality events.
Requirements
o Fluent command of German at a C2 level and English C1 level
o 5+ years of proven experience in sales, within hospitality or SaaS/technology sectors
o Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly independent hotels
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage and persuade at all levels
o Confident in managing the full sales cycle with a track record of exceeding targets
o Skilled in CRM usage and pipeline management

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
