Stellenbeschreibung
* Prepare, implement, and deliver services throughout the full service lifecycle.
* Ensure customer satisfaction regarding services, products, and support.
* Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders in Extended Enterprise services.
* Monitor service quality against SLAs and perform regular performance reviews.
* Handle escalations by identifying issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining trusted cooperation.
Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration / Economics
* Professional experience in the field of Customer Service and Project Management
* Knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools is essential and Experience in service management and stakeholder management is necessary and Experience in design processes is essential and Basic knowledge about network and virtualisation technologies is mandatory
* Use of JIRA & Confluence is necessary
* Fluent in English
