OverviewReporting to the CFO Germany, you will support an entity of around 300 employees in a context of transformation. You will act as the key HR contact for managers, employees, and employee representative bodies.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Social Dialogue (top priority)Build and maintain a constructive relationship with the Works Council and employee representative bodies.Ensure compliance with German labor law and secure HR practices.Prepare and negotiate company agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen) in alignment with management.Manager and Employee SupportAdvise managers and employees on HR-related matters (organization, labor law, career management, employee relations).Foster a climate of trust, engagement, and collaboration across teams.HR Team LeadershipLead and support a team including HR Business Partners, Payroll and HR Administration.Define priorities, develop skills, and ensure high-quality HR service delivery.HR Optimization and PerformanceImplement solutions to optimize working time, manage short-time work (Kurzarbeit), and improve recruitment performance.Deploy and monitor group HR policies while ensuring alignment with the local context.Projects and TransformationContribute to strategic HR projects (digitalization, process improvement, performance initiatives).Support organizational changes in close cooperation with local and group management.QualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent.At least 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager in an international environment, preferably in industry or technology.Excellent knowledge of German labor law and proven experience in collaborating with a Works Council.Strong track record in managing HR teams (HRBP, Payroll, Administration).Natural leadership, strong communication skills, and ability to foster trust and drive change.Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (native or bilingual level). #J-18808-Ljbffr
