This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. Activities Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems that power the osapiens HUB, using Java and modern technologies Develop core business logic to support enterprise-grade software solutions and solve complex real-world challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, designers) to create seamless, integrated end-to-end solutions Develop and maintain web services (RESTful, GraphQL) to integrate with various platforms and support clients' needs Ensure high-performance, scalable solutions that meet the growing demands of global enterprises Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and development processes Requirements Expertise in Java/JavaEE and Spring Framework, with a deep understanding of building high-performance, scalable backend systems Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, ScyllaDB, or similar Strong web services expertise in designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs Proficient in automated testing and CI/CD practices to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality code.
