Job Description

• You shape digitalization in healthcare by being part of the development of innovative solutions for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders of the healthcare system.
• Join a team that strives to change the management of chronic diseases, by developing innovative digital health applications.
• Collaborate with UX Lead to actively engage in user research projects to translate user needs and UX wireframes into visually stunning design elements.
• Work closely with UX Lead to ensure that the visual elements are in alignment with established personas and customer journey maps.
• Create functional and aesthetic designs for our digital health platforms and optimize them for mobile and desktop. You implement accessibility standards, catering to users with diverse abilities.
• Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts. You actively join the iterative usability tests to refine designs based on user feedback and analytical data.
• Work alongside developers to ensure that the visual elements are correctly implemented, maintaining the integrity of the design
• Work with interdisciplinary teams, product management, strategy, software engineering, and external stakeholders like customers and users to drive digital product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the healthcare or digital health sector.
• Detailed knowledge of web and mobile app accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX designs, with an emphasis on digital health projects (if applicable).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather feedback in English (German is a plus, but not required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
