1. To support set up and implementation of category and channel specific strategies in Europe
2. To develop and drive relationships for European commercial omnichannel (sales teams, Sales development, etc.)
3. To ensure profitable market share and net sales growth in respective channel while respecting the image of adidas through International initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
4. Support development and implementation of a Specialty strategy and Channel strategy
5. Develop European Specialist account strategy per category and deliver consistent market execution
6. Establish professional and personal relations to main stakeholders (account teams, Sales directors, etc.)
7. Translate Global and Market/BU strategies into functional strategies for the sales team
8. Identify new routes to market aligned to global BU category expansion
9. Improve European NPS via driving qualitative business growth and enhancing consumer experience at FMOT (First Moment of Truth)/POS
10. Collaborate close with respective Account teams
11. Collaborate effectively with the product teams to ensure the most relevant products are available in line with segmentation guidelines for potential customer needs
12. Drive new business opportunities

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
25. Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing
26. Business: min of 3-5 years
27. Functional: min of 3-5 years in the sporting goods industry
28. Cross functional experience ideally with marketing / sales / finance / operations
29. Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
