Procurement manager (m/f/d) subcontracted services (construction / project environment)

Your responsibilities You procure and manage subcontracted services for national and international projects. You build and continuously develop a strong network of subcontractors. You independently manage tender processes, compare bids, and lead contract negotiations. You evaluate offers from a commercial perspective and identify optimization potential. You negotiate and shape contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. You coordinate and monitor subcontractors throughout project execution. You keep track of costs and identify savings opportunities. Your profile You have several years of experience in procurement of construction services or subcontractor management. You have a solid understanding of different trades (you do not need to be a specialist in everything, but you know what matters). You have experience managing subcontractors in a project environment. You are confident in negotiations and assertive when needed. You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way. You are experienced in handling tenders and contract documentation. You are fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level). Ideally, you are familiar with construction contracts (e.g., VOB). Why us?
