Your role
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented (Senior) Controller (m/f/d) to join our finance department. You will support us in developing the Finance team towards a strong business partner for the entire organization. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to ....
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend actionable strategies.
* Prepare regular sales reports, including but not limited to sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis.
* Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
* Assist in the development and implementation of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
Your profile
* You bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
* When it comes to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, you're in your element.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is one of your standout skills.
* If you already have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, that's a plus.
* You are communicative in German and English and excellent in seeing things through to work with a variety of international stakeholders.
