How You'll Make an Impact: Lead daily code reviews and pair programming sessions. Design system architecture and its components. Assess technical feasibility. Provide high-level and low-level project estimations. Maintain a clear vision of the technical stack and guide the team in adopting new technologies. Conduct R&D and POCs to ensure the team uses the latest technologies. Ensure team engagement, quality work, and optimal performance. Measure progress, manage risks, and resolve issues. Coach, mentor, and develop teams while holding them accountable and removing roadblocks. About You: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience. Expertise in overseeing multiple project teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles. Proficient in clean code practices and Cloud Native architectures. Updated with the latest industry trends. Collaborative and thrive in a team environment. Fluent in English (additional languages, especially German, are a plus).
