* Portfolio Management: Optimize and streamline the product assortment to improve profitability in close collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, and Finance.
* Customer-Centric Innovation & Lifecycle Management: Engage closely with customers to identify unmet needs and co-create innovative solutions. Ensure that products evolve in alignment with customer expectations throughout their lifecycle – from ideation and development to market launch and responsible phase-out.
* Positioning & Differentiation: Build strong value propositions and evidence-based product claims. Integrate HEOR insights to strengthen product value.
* Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to proactively steer strategic decisions.
