Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Part-time HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for owning the full employee lifecycle for our Sales teams across Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
* Ensure seamless employee experiences through effective daily support and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience recruiting Sales roles in Field Sales, Cold Sales, or BDRs.
* Strong knowledge of other HR processes, including onboarding, HR operations, HR support, and offboarding.
* Familiarity with HR software and tools.
* Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong spoken English.
* Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach.
