(Senior) Engineer – Vehicle Drive Quality &Performance

We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual wo will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.
Job Description
* Develop vehicle drive quality and performance to satisfy the European customer requirements.
* Definition and implementation of EU specific vehicle drive quality and
* performance targets.
* Run detailed benchmark of competing models and brands in Europe
* Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective
Requirements:
* You have a Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable background
* You have significant (>3 years) experience in a similar position for vehicle drive quality and performance (BEV,PHEV, ICE)
* You are able to balance vehicle & system targets to achieve regulatory compliance and a high level of customer acceptance.
* You have a good knowledge of PT test, application and simulation tools
* You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
* You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
* You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
* You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
* You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
* You are fluent in English
* Mandarin skills advantageous
