Tasks

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DaaS Manager to lead and deliver a full-scale Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT hardware lifecycle management, DaaS procurement, and end-user computing solutions, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. This is a key role that demands technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning,


implementation, and transition to operations

* Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment,


management, and retirement. Procurement & Vendor Management

* Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.)
* Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking
* Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards. Client Engagement
* Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle
* Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders
* Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
* Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards Technical Oversight
* Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration
* Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding
* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance. Budget & Cost Optimization
* Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management
